It looks as if someone with more financial experience looked through the BP (look at the sentence with dividends) and with a better english (though I'm not native english speaking it feels like this to me).
The SIAM connection was announced in the middle/end of February, so it seems logical that the date of both BPs is February - the one in the beginning, the other in the end of february (just when things changed between USSE and SIAM).
For example look at the changes regarding license negotiations in China in the old BP and then India in the new BP.
Would you think this is part of a scam? Changing little, middle and important things in a BP, if your only target is to steal money from the stupid shareholders?
Noone would care if the sentences are worded like this or that, or the numbers are that big or that small - no, these changes are made because someone wants to accurat.
This gives me confidence.
And I still didn't sell one share.
