Airys; What you provided was an inaccurately completed stock certificate for 100 shares of stock. I highly doubt that they only issued 100 shares of stock in the private company. As I stated before I have been in construction for over 30 years. I also own my private company. Many here do not realize that even a private corporation issues stock. In my company there have been 100,000 A/S and 1,000 shares issued to myself as the sole owner.

I have someone digging into the corporate filings of Sulja Ontario's private company. We will find out how many shares of stock have been issued in the private Ontario company. Per D & B we know the percentages of ownership of each person, just not how many shares that percentage represents. It would have been nice to see the cancelled certificates of each owner listed below. Without this your claim of 100 % ownership hasn't even come close to being proven!!!!! Who is "Sulja Building Supplies, Ltd"??

The tough questions that needed to be asked were how many shares of stock had been issued in the private Sulja Ontario and also to view the cancelled certs of all of the other owners above. That is the way you prove something, not by bringing an incorrect stock certificate!

Here is the false information provided about the share structure of Sulja Nevada in case you have forgotten dated 8-22-06! By December there were 609,230,500 O/S with none restricted! Over 600 mil in the public float. That is an increase in the public float of 471,230,500 in 4 months! A 341% increase in the public float!
