There is no insider info to investigate IMHO. This stock has been trading for approx. 10 years and the JV has been rumored for years. Finally we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. To me the JV announcement will be the beginning of the reward for those shareholders who have held based on their own DD not some rumors, inuendo's or other speculation.

Lets focus on CDCH and the future JV announcement and let (your speculation) of any investigation be what it is (nothing).
