Hey Guys... Here is how i look at this transaction. 70 Mil CASH takes care of the debt AND the 15 Mil in ICON is plain simple math 15,000,000 (ICON) divided by 69,000,000 (DANS)=
every (1)share of DANS = (0.21)share of ICON.
