If you're staying logged in, you should never get a TribalFusion ad.

Our system determines whether you're a premium member before making an ad call. If you're premium (and logged in), no ad call gets made.

I'll ask TribalFusion about this, though. I know they do frequency-capping on ad campaigns, and they might be doing this via a cookie.
