Regarding MAY 7, 2007 - I am NOT holding my breath that a deal will be closed between Alcar and SIAM (whoever this entity is). The way things are unfolding, I would wager that the deal has either been postponed or that it "fell through." I also would not be surprised to find out that Cavasin has been spending the past few weeks talking to his attorneys to figure out how to get out of this mess (if it is indeed a mess). JMHO.
