The Winfield Field oilfield is located in Central Louisiana and is the oilfield mentioned in the Feb 27th PR. which was a very well put together PR with pump rates etc etc..anticipated closing is second quarter 07.as this is independent of ETLOI in my opinion plays an important roll in the completion of the ETLOI.
