Yes I am basically content to sit on the sidelines and watch.

The (MID) Mid Cap 400 also hit an all time high. I have a very small position in MZZ which is short the MID.

With the DJI up 8 days in a row we're due for a breather.

Today is Weird Wally Wednesday (the Wednesday of the week prior to options expiration where we tend to see some downside volatility), so let's see if we get some.
