Agreed! The bottom line is the company swore up and down that there would be no more dilution & here we have a big sell off and more shares on the market. Also- when it comes to business and it gets much more complicated than 2 + 2=4; there is something not right and is being covered up. Stockobserver- I'm missing the cede scenario.
