Posting the info is greatly appreciated! I'm very dissapointed in Alan at this point- I hope he has a good explanation. (Can't think of one that justifies it but one can hope.)

thanks for the post .. always good to post the fact and then deal with it. I wish Alan has put out explaination for this increase. It's sickening to see a company saying they re reducing shares but they go behind investors and increase shares.

In their PR in mid March it said there is no plan to increase O/S ... well, we are seeing it incrase. One possibility is that the increase is for dividend .. but we will see.

Now this explain why pps is staying here and a lot of sellings going on in the last days.
