yes mc, that's the way it works, could be a group doing some retail manipulating or could be MM's doing some wholesale manipulating, unfortuneatly, we'll never know unless "John Q NITE" steps up and spills the beans.........lol

mcanes- agree on the manipulation, but it is kind of difficult to do without the ability to naked short. That investor with 200m shares could affect the price negatively when he tried to sell all at once. But when he goes to buy back in, how high of a pps will that much demand cause? Just food for thought.
