I agree - the only reason it isn't valued higher has to be that everyone is afraid that the management will find some way to rip us all off. If they're playing straight this time, the current market cap is a joke.

Oilman, I think every one is still afraid of how many common shares will be outstanding by the end of the fiscal year, June 30, 2007.

We know that there will be at least 28 million O/S once the 12 million is PFD is converted; but that 12 million will be in management's hands, so it won't be in the float.

If we dividend the value of FSIN (90,722 * $10.99) $997,035 by the current O/S in retail handsof 16 million, we get $0.062 on the FSIN investment only.

Is S3's pps crazy undervalued or what? IMO scoob
