and Actions of a SEVU Control Person, which are, in my view, very prejudicial to the interests of the average non-insider shareholder, including myself... McBride would like to make you believe in a Vendetta, BUT nothing is further from the Truth....

With others, I am spending time and money to repeal the quasi-fraudulent PP, force McBride to pay back the $278,000 Cash he appropriated from SEVU and never refunded, pay commercial interests on an average balance of close to $550,000 due SEVU over a 15 months period and ensure he can no longer Mislead SEVU and its shareholders in the long term...

As a Policeman, you should be supportive of such aims and I fail to understand the logic of your support for McBride, even if he gave your organisation a couple free cameras in exchange for some Publicity...
