on the flip side of the balboa... do you know of any companies that legitimately broker carbon sequestration credits? i think it would be a good niche for the next couple of years, actually. (but not one that also builds carnival rides, starts new stock exchanges, does not have a delinquent account at Staples, and sells pirated phone cards?)
