LAKINGSPHAN we will have to see what plays out here

So far they have had a reverse split and gave away shares for 9 cents or 4 and 1/2 cents pre-split and now a placemnet at 12 cents or 6 cents pre-split.

Seems this last placement was way to low in price as the stock was trading at 20-25 cent range.
