Right now it's momo...accumulation...and being a shell...even if Authorized was really 200 million this is going to pennies.....I know 10 traders alone who have that amount.
No news is good news....shells will move on their own just based on the fact they don't dilute....waiting for the RM to come.
the train is being driven by momo based on a hypothesis that is factless at this point. i believe that the as will need to be revised to fix this "problem", and that will be the end of the mystery surrounding the phantom shares.
