the information in the ihub is actually very shallow, and is unfortunately what many are basing their purchase on. you can't make people read the fine print of the story. the reality will have to be experienced when the stock stalls out tomorrow and the traders bail, sending the stock plumetting. the price will fall in an avalanche of selling as 2billions shares try to exit at once. i do think that you and xxx makes a very valid observation about the $6million in essentially convertible shares. i think that the end result will be that these shares are indeed valid and the as will have to be revised to accomodate these shares in the share structure.
