when they put that in a pr and a filing i will believe it too. so far tonight...no filing or update to pinks. hmmmmmm

the re-valuations causing unreg shares to be issued would havce occurred after the 2000 filing-- in 2001 and again in 2003 -- hence it would not be reflected in the paperwork
