#338 RE: hmongvestor #334

feel the pain? Mr. 90%+ shareholder (turk) post reverse-merger/split (according to the interview not that long ago) didn't exactly feel pain diluting this sucker down to this. I've been watching this company for a few months now, and have been incredibly frustrated with its stock performance. It might be easy to blame naked shorting eventually, but there's something to be said about rs'ing 1-50 down to <1 mil o/s & having a full diluted o/s of 30 mil (and that was some time ago; it might've increased by then).

NEVERTHELESS, while I just hate to have found out I was one of the bodies this railroad was willing to build its tracks over, I maintain an optimistic outlook for this company and fully understand that it needed capital to grow & sustain its initial start-up beating. That's the darkside of public companies after all isn't it? They're meant for raising funds.

I think & hope that these last two pr's regarding debt reduction were indeed indicative signs of financial independence from the mechanism that has thus far driven this company... mainly the shareholder. I've gotten back in (mind you with about 187.5x more stock than my initial buy for the same amount of capital) in belief of a future upturn. Pinning the o/s at 30 mil (given that it'll probably reach there someday soon), the company's only worth a $900,000 market cap. What do you really have to lose at this point? If we fall any more, the company would probably consider putting out pr's of buybacks within a couple months anyways.
