have you read all the filings?
I bought last year hoping they would merge with twistie treat of canada but they ended up sueing them for stealing the building idea instead---lol--but at some point a very tightly held low float shell like this should do OK
If they are still sueing --I would assume that they need to keep the company intact --- a filing update would be nice
but I have resigned this one to the chitpile for the time being
