We'll (probably) never know what precipitated the attempted MM pricing down move earlier. Could have been a very large buy order @ .0020 they wanted to fill or just a bit of fishing on the their part as they attempted to find a better volume trading range. Whatever the reason it appears to have been unsuccessful as they move the trading bid & ask back up.
Apparently there might not have been enough sellers wanting to donate shares below .0020.
As I've mentioned before, this'll be a lot more fun at a nickel or dime a share,
