I agree with you that it seldom works well, because they usually do it for the wrong reasons. I posted that earlier. It just gets redundant posting the same thing over and over aGAIN. But, by itself, a RS does not reduce the investors value...it is mathematically the same before and after. There have also been cases where the pps went even further up after a RS. At any rate, I don't think there will be one unless this buy back program is a joke....and it doesn't appear to be. IMHO

Sandy told me in am e-mail there will be no reverse split of the commons and even if there was it will be after the (restricted) cows come home. As the TFN's success increases the chances for a R/S decreases. They'll just sell it to the big boys and let them take care of it.
