on CPSL...maybe jay, but $30M in debt and a D/E ratio of 1.7 is not small by my standards

and the financing is going for several purposes according to thier PR... "The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the placement for a new production facility, to repay certain outstanding debt and for general working capital purposes."

Please understand that I am not being overtly negative about this stock here..I am simply being cautious and realistic..
