Bulldog1811- 0.05 is also my conservative estimate as to what the suitor will pay. I take into consideration the belief that more shares will be issued to the insiders to consumate this deal.
I would be surprised to see much more than 0.07 certainly no more than .10

I take current revs lightly into consideration on my estimates. I weigh more heavily potential of future revenues especially now that rough cut quotas are lifted, potential profits, Goodwill, and the value of the export licence. This deal lands Sid Almaz into the New York City diamind district immediately and ready to compete
