Well if you don't want a fight, and I would never "bait a bear," we should have no problems...

I talk with the SEC attorney at least once a month, and back in February when someone was posting that Fan was out to help us (shareholders), I asked him directly if Fan had finally turned over any paperwork...the answer was NO!

That is all I can post about that on this board. I don't want to screw up my relationship with the SEC by posting info on the net.
