Tom

#1 There is no valid reason for a CLASS ACTION at this time.

If the SEC ever moves its butt and does its job, then maybe, but then we will be behind them...

#2 Fan has all of my information.

When I made my original complaint (Feb 2006) to the SEC, Fan received a complete copy, and was asked to join with the shareholders.

He actually dropped off his own "attachment" to my complaint BUT never has he answered any of the SEC questions. (My last communication with the SEC was on 2/16/07, concerning Fan's refusal to cooperate.)

THINK ABOUT THIS
The SEC asked Fan to show proof that he paid Olsen all the money he claims he loss, but Fan won't. Could it be that if Fan did show these proofs (such as bank transfers, canceled checks, etc) the SEC would see that Fan was involved with the scam, not a victim? Why won't he show his proof...could it be that the DATES of those transfer/checks will but him in bed with Olsen?

Please remember, it was Fan who pushed for the 350 Billion A/S, and while some will say, that QBID was already dead by then, that really removed ANY chance for shareholders to get anything back.

I, personally, asked Fan and Gouveia to roll back the A/S to 100 billion. While Gouveia said he would consider the idea...if....Fan refused and said he would NOT consider it at all, I believe he is hoping that if any money (or anything of value)is found, he will recover more if the A/S is 350.

While I would post an apology if I am wrong, and that we may actually see some value for our QBID, at this time, I believe that Fan is as much of a problem to shareholders as Olsen.
