You should read the ibox - but I too have wondered about whether we are exposing ourselves to problems since let's be honest everyone buying from here on knows that we are not reallly buying a piece of the company but we are buying bogus shares that we are betting the MMs or brokers (or whoever) will be forced to remove from the marketplace by buying them back from us at a high price.
Maybe there's no responsibility on our part and it is all on the MMs part - I do not know enough about how that works. I will be buying sometime on Monday but I'd hate to find that I get stuck with counterfeit shares - sort of like getting stuck with a counterfeit $100 bill. I may not get arrested if I can say I got it from somewhere else but it's hard to spend it.
