My sister in law went, she was at the naval school in Augusta and won the yearly raffle for tickets for officers. Now the cost is outrageous,I'ld rather watch it from the comfort of my home. I think wondering around a practice round would be enjoyable. Being at a tournament not all what it is cracked up to be with the crowds and limited viewing.

A dream come true. I have been, one time , about 6 years ago.

It's a very sacred place. Mystical, magical.

Walking on the fairways is like walking on plush carpet.

They give away tickets every year. A lottery.
I actually was privileged to get 4 tickets for a Thursday.

So, naturally I went with the 3 guys I played golf with every Sunday. I lived in Atlanta at the time. It was a great memory, a dream come true.

I have some great pictures. I followed Arnold Palmer thru the back nine.I have a great picture of him, right after he turned and said "Hello" to me on 18. On Thursday, the golfers are all very comfortable and loose and easily accessible.

Truly, one of my best memories. I have so many stories. I love the Masters!
