On the PAIV run there were a couple of days around .005 - .008 with nearly 1B in volume and some substantial volume days at higher prices.

Most here probably have 1 to 5M shares with a few holding 10 to 20M, but very few are holding 50M I would say. Traders will get weeded out on the way up and new money will come in as shorts continue to cover. So, to answer you question, it is very possible that if some held on, they could see some serious cash as this plays out.
