As long as those statements remain out there without a PR and 8-K, any and all trades between yesterday and the day after issuance of an 8-K are subject to being deemed based on selectively disclosed information.
The entire investing community does not read the RB and iHUB boards, so any trades from now until the PR and 8-K reciting what adrienne posted are published are presumptively based on knowledge of the selective disclosure (or Adrienne's attempt to manipulate the market by spreading false rumors).
BTW, this includes any PP shares purchased or sold during this period.
Now we wait for the 8-K, or if you're adrienne you stock up on anti-perspirant and Xanax.
