sadly axiom unless you live in Russia you won't be making the buying decision.

So far the governments doing the buying have gone with the one third as expensive WHO approved "gold standard" rapid blood tests instead of the 3 times more expensive non WHO approved Aware rapid oral test.

And since Calypte has more royalties to pay than any other producer the cost factor situation appears it will not get any better.

What you need to find is a cash rich sheik with an aversion to blood testing and go for the gold there.

Just hope that country doesn't require a comfirmatory blood test.
