I agree with your points, but do you think it should take over a week to respond to someone alledging fraud within the company?

Why not release a PR that says, "we regret the departure of Rivera, and we are conducting a full investigation into the matter."

I'm more concerned with the fact their equipment is in Natchez, MS. We have an empty building in Iowa. It took 4 months to put the equipment together, so we are kinda screwed.
