(**Just got off the phone with Franco...He said he would be in the office all day tomorrow-will have then completed (most likely then also-making sure then everything flows properly and makes sense)...

... and will then send off to management over weekend (Saturday) for them to "PR wire Sunday/Monday, whenever they want" ;)

If I am reading this correctly, it appears information not known by the public is being told to certain people by certain people involved with the company. Such as they will be PR'ing such and such. Sounds to me like the company is trying to get people to believe that good news is on the way and it will be pr'd very soon.

Is it not illegal to tell shareholders to expect good news, expect a PR with the good news and even say approx when to expect the PR?

Does this not allow certain people to get info others dont have and allow them to act on this info before it is public?

Or is it a game the company is playing knowing whatever they tell callers will be posted on the MB's and they simply want people to read the MB's and see that in the near future they are claiming to be putting out a pr with good news and numbers, in the hopes of getting people to buy prior to the news?

Everything this company does seems very odd to me. The manipulation on the AURC board is so blatant I can't believe people read that board and believe the bullchit. Now there are posters saying that AURC is on the HOT BOARD list and many eyes are watching so they are requesting that the mods delete alot of stuff because they dont want all of these eyes to see the posts. Now why would there be a need to hide anything if this was legit?

If these penny's are really worth dollars, what are they afraid of? Why, if legit, do they feel the need to hide things so people wont see them?

The latest rumors I am hearing is it is stargold. This has supposedly been in the works for awhile now. The rumors circulating on many MB's are that AURC and Stargold will become one. AURC will be uplisted to the OTC upon completion. AURC shareholders will forfeit their free trading AURC shares for restricted shares in the new company on a ratio not yet known. This will be an all stock deal for shareholders ( insiders may get some actual cash).

These are the rumors now circulating on many MB's.

If these rumors are correct, I do not think AURC shareholders are going to be very happy, imo. Then again, if the rumors are not true, I still do not believe this company is legit or honest with their claims so shareholders should have an interesting few weeks ahead.

P & D ?.. thats what the Pinks are all about.IMO .. People buy into the story/hype, the "someday we will have" PR's until the well runs dry.. Everytime AURC is mentioned on the Radio station I listen to everyday, when they put out PR's the word Scam goes along with the company name, as the "opinion" of one of the hosts. For those that have followed AURC,well the story is getting really old. I think most of the new people that have been buying into the company are doing it just off of the charts for the quick Flip as the PPS just does not hold up. Seems strange that most opinions like mine can't be expressed on the AURC Board, as that would not put me in the category of a cheerleader.That is also mentioned on the radio that the Mod. of the AURC Board Deletes most posts that cast doubt on the company,even though they are valid questions/concerns by posters. Most of the Pinks will never amount to a Hill of Beans, or Gold for that matter. I find being a paying member of IHUB very valuable as far as Member Marking certain posters/chartists to watch where they are going and making my decisions from that. It's all about the MOMO...
