If that were the case the why the expansion into the UK?

Effective April 4, 2007, GameZnFlix (UK) Limited has filed the following three (3) documents overseas:

1. Notice of change of directors or secretaries or in their particulars (1 pg.)

2. Notice of change of directors or secretaries or in their particulars (1 pg.)

3. Annual return made up to March 3, 2007 (2 pgs.)

Each report is roughly $35 each @ £18 (£1 = $1.97 USD)

There are no new names or deletions as of yet concerning the directors or secretaries or of any particulars, so it may be a simple address change or otherwise. When we recieve any info pertaining to these changes they will be promptly posted here. They were incorporated March 3, 2006 so naturally, by law, they have to file a annual report or face prosecution and heavy fines in the UK.

Form 288(a) is used for the appointment of an officer; Form 288(b) is used for an officer ceasing to act (resignation, removal, death, etc.); Form 288(c) is used for a change in details of an officer, for example, a change of name or new residential address.

Very vague on the "notice of change" at this point
