wireliner, It appears the OS count might have been as high as 1,290,000,000 before Spooz instigated the 35% reduction. It seems reasonable (to me) that they waited until their funding goal was reached, then enacted the 35% reduction. Why do the OS reduction and options cancellation then continue dilution ?
IMO the OS reduction and cancellation of 242 million options was to buoy the share price and help set the stage for a PPS advance....maybe not instantly but within the next few weeks.
