Correct...the one they are talking about is a snap shot view and it has to be refreshed to get updated quotes. It's okay on a slow day like today but pretty much useless when the market is moving fast and it's no good for traders at all.
It's alright if you just want to see the lineup but it's not a useful trading tool IMO.
