He sold I believe 6 mil last AUg or so if I remember. He's a non factor and makes no corporate decisions. He no longer runs CHDT. That is Duffys reason for anger. Bart Fisher

As of last summer( 2006 )Bart Fisher was not considered an insider anymore and therefore not required to file sales w/SEC

Apparently the # of shares owned were less than the 10% requirement to qualify him as an insider per SEC

My personal opinion is that once he was no longer an Insider per SEC ,is that Much of the Dilution that Dart and other Chartists discussed last summer was due to his sales, Not Howard Ullman. Ullmans sales need to be filed, Fishers do not anymore. The technicals indicate that the dilution has stopped and been stopped for some time. CHDT .No one will probably know now what Fishers share count is since he is no longer required to file as an insider.I have no idea if he has any now or how many.This is my personal opinion only.
