e.Digital lists all of the business agreements that were in effect at the time in each 10Q and 10K. Even agreements that have no revenue are listed. Both the B&O and Musical agreements were mentioned in the past, along with revenue associated with them.

Since the B&O and Musical royalty agreements are no longer mentioned in the recent 10Q, it appears that these agreements are no longer in effect and that e.Digital no longer receives ongoing revenue from them.

Additionally, neither company is listed on the Partners/Clients page of the new web site,
