So you are saying that the "technology" is worth 159M x 2.75 = 437.25 Million? Pumper. ;-) I admit it takes about 800 Million to pass one pill in the average pharma development cycle. No future earnings in the near and future as per the 8K. Maybe they are trying to sell the tech now?
