I think he paid .005 for the 75K shares he optioned. $375 to the good for the company!

The rest of the shares were grants in lieu of salary (3.8M or so) and the loan conversion (156K).

And, Lucy, you said these shares would not show as an increase to the OS. How would that be?? Explain, please.
