Babyak was with Keaveney way back in August, so I am sure that he has been intimately involved with the ongoings of the company since he is an investor. I will try and scan the pictures and post them tomorrow. It kind of looks like maybe Keaveney may have known what he was doing after all, looks like he was building the shell to spin to somebody. Babyak has been around for awhile according to the pictures in my file.
I can start to see why Prospeed is really upset at Keaveney now, DK wasn't focusing on selling brake fluid, looks like he was focusing on finding somebody to take over the cleaned up shell.
On another note, if Prospeed doesn't get the license back from Motorsports he won't be able to sell his own fluid for the next 7-8 years. That may explain the rift between the parties.
