I'm almost certain, than increasing the issued/outstanding to 6.5 BILLION shares is incorrect. IMHO. Also, admitted at the so called share houlder meetimg, the mysterious "buyer" is yet even more mysterious, maybe non existant??

Sheppard was at the helm while the o/s ballooned by a factor of 10.....dubious achievement. Name anything of note that has been accomplished. There is no audit, no buyer, no bona fide assays, no geologist (just a shareholder cum director standing up and talking about the geology at the meeting, yet he is mining "layman"??? hilarious....bottom line, this is, was, and always will be, a scam.

The company is nearly worthless.

FACT, if they had what they say in that SV dirt, they'd have sold it eons ago. Thus, the dirt is just that, dirt.
