let's hope he doesn't make that mistake again. he's an entreprenuer and not a manager, so i would expect someone else in charge of day to day op's after it's going good. just hope the "resaurant executive" has done it before-----successfully.

of course i will probably be out of the stock by the time that happens so i won't care. ;)
