The Link to N.Y. Division of corporations is in the IBOX of this board..you can navigate it and find email or phone numbers to answer your questions or confirm the email I posted.....I called a week or so ago and that was the answer I received and now it is backed up once again by an email from them...I believe the name reservation expires on the 25th of this month give or take a few days......but they will let you know........hey when you call confirm the A/S again.......make sure it is still 100,000,000 shares.........take care
