2) Tim; I wrote a less than diplomatic email to BY using your post as a basis... frankly, being as frank as I was, I wonder if she will have the nerve to respond. Unfortunately not much has worked over the weeks of waiting and I don't feel so bad as she DID promise a response (and as I told her we are only as good as our word and I called hers into to question).
We'll see if defenses come into play or honesty surfaces but will let you know as best I can what comes of it!
