I'm sticking with my one hit wonder, at least in one account.

My second account is doing better, but it is a one hitter too.

Kinda forgot the BB yesterday, I'll work on it today if time permits.

Had a closing fall apart yesterday after class...maybe with enuf duct tape and bailing wire we might get it done Friday... Yup this is the same never-ending nightmare couple. I will never work with a Engineer again. This guy will argue, debate, quantify, qualify, and over analyse the color of the sun. Very frustrating.
