Normal stuff for a startup, IMO....but this was interesting on Page F-17....

"The Company has idle carbon dioxide separator equipment currently located at the Chastang Waste Site in Chastang, Alabama and the operator of the site, Waste Management Company, Inc., has demanded that the equipment be removed from the site. It is estimated that it will cost the company approximately $1,050,000 to disassemble and relocate the equipment to another landfill location."
