Sorry for the confusion, but it looks like you're asking what Scottrade actually does? Well - it's a complicated scam to invest your money for 3 days before finally putting in their account... :)
I think it's called "you get what you pay for" - and you'll notice all of us are cheapskates. Waiting 3 days is killer, but once you trade these PK's more and more, 3 days seems like an eternity.
