As to what your post stirs up.....this board is loaded with
meaningful information. It is just that you choose to believe
that there is some remote hope that this is not a scam. By
doing so, you miss and don't contribute meaningful info.

I think 9 years since the start of Rim's "broadband" caper is ample time to render a judgement and our survey says: HUGE SCAM. 9 years of promises and press releases coupled with 70 million dollars that all came to nothing.
Trotting out the old argument about Truman, Ford, Bush is specious at best. When they made their decisions, they had nothing except their reputations at stake and it didn't take nine years for history to render a judgement.

Everything that Brad and Ray do or say is orchestrated for their financial gain and they have absolutely nothing at risk, not even their reputations because everyone knows they are con men. They simply do not care. I doubt that Ray will have a presidential library.

I'm happy to see that you are one of the many who got in at the bottom. Funny how everyone here buys low and sells high. You'd think that markets wouldn't survive when that happens.
