If you have any proof that Sulja is having an audit done, or that they have any assets feel free to share it here.

Big difference between "the Company's affiliate Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. (Ontario)" and 100% wholely owned! You are wrong here and can provide absolutely no proof of any kind as to what if any percentage of ownership Sulja Nevada has in Sulja Ontario. Absolutely no proof what so ever that this has taken place.

I have proven that no merger ever took place between Loftwerks, Inc. and Sulja Nevada.

It certainly looks like the Nevada Corp has nothing to do with
the small lumber yard in Canada. The OSC allegations seem
to prove this beyond a doubt.
